CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I CLICK SUBMIT?

You sure can (as long as it hasn’t been sent). Please email us on sales@beautydeals.co.nz with the changes you would like to make and we will arrange this for you. If the order has been sent, we’ll discuss with you how we get this back and then depending on the circumstance will need to charge a second delivery charge to get your new order out to you.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

If you don’t know or have forgotten your password, head to the login link at the top of the page and click “Forgot Password”. Enter your email address and we will send you a temporary password. Remember to copy and paste the temporary password, as it is case sensitive!

STOCK AVAILABILITY

New styles are placed onto the site every day! Our aim is to bring you all the latest brands and products available to purchase through our online store. You have to be fast because if the item you are looking for is out of stock we cannot guarantee that we will get more delivered.

How long does it take for delivery?

All orders are shipped daily and take 1-3 working days depending on your location. Rural deliveries naturally will take longer.

Where is my tracking number?

We send out tracking numbers each morning at 9am, on the day after we send your order out.

How do I track my order? My Tracking number doesn’t work?

After we send your order, we will email your with the details of our order and the tracking details. Please head to the Fastways website and then enter your tracking number. From there you will see the location of your order. If you have not heard from us or received our tracking email please first check your junk folder.


My tracking number doesn’t work?

If you are trying to check the delivery of your order immediately and it is not appearing don’t be too concerned. Tracking numbers will not work immediately on the Fastways website until your package has been scanned into their system at their warehouse. If we have emailed you your tracking number please wait until 10am to ensure it has arrived. From there if your tracking number does not seem to work after 6pm, please contact us.


Can you send to my P.O. Box?

Due to the sizes of some PO Boxes we are unable to send to PO Boxes.


I don’t live in New Zealand, can you DELIVER to me?

Sorry, we are only able to deliver within New Zealand.

I forgot my account password?

To retrieve your password simply go to our Login page. From there you enter your email address in the Password Reminder box to receive an email to get you back up and running.
