Returns Policy

If for any reason, you aren’t happy with your Beauty Deals products please contact our support team at sales@beautydeals.co.nz. Unfortunately, due to hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any products.

If you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, then we will naturally cover all delivery charges. Please email our team at support@mym.co.nz and include the information below;

We will get in touch with you quickly and arrange for the item to be picked up from you at the soonest possible time.

If you do not receive your order, our delivery company (Fastway Couriers) have strict timeframes for us to submit a claim for a lost order, or a damaged item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your despatch communication from us (text or email) to confirm you have not received your purchase.
